On 31 July 2015, Memorandums of Understanding was signed between TSMU, TSMU First University Clinic, TSMU G.Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic and Multiprofile Hospital - "Medical City" Ltd (Kutaisi). From TSMU side the signing process was attended by: Professor Zurab Vadachkoria - TSMU Rector, Zurab Ordjonikidze - Chancellor, George Abesadze - Vice-Rector, Prof. Zaza Bokhua –Ditector of TSMU Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Continuous Professional Development, Lasha Abesadze - General Director of TSMU First University Clinic, Prof. Nodar Lomidze - Clinical Director of the First University Clinic, Prof. Lia Dzidziguri - Director General of TSMU G. Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic, Assistant Professor Marina Gordeladze - N.1 Department of Internal Medicine (Endocrinology direction), Prof. Manana Zhvania - Head of Department of Pediatrics (direction - Children Diseases). From of "Medical City"side, the signing process was attended by: Gia Grdzelidze - Director General of the Clinic, Badri Chakvetadze, Koba Abutidze and Kakha Kavlashvili - founders of the clinic and staff of the Clinic. The signing ceremony was attended by: Dimitri Khundadze - Chairman of the Health Care and Social Issues Committee, Otar Chrdileli - Deputy Chairman of the Procedural Issues And Rules Committee, Omar Nishnianidze – Deputy Chairman of Environmental Protection And Natural Resources Committee, Grigol Giorgadze - the First Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia, Shota Murghulia – Mayor of Kutaisi, David Dvali - Chairman of Kutaisi City Council, Paata Nadiradze – Deputy Governor of Imereti .
