The opening ceremony of 2015-2016  academic year at Tbilisi State Medical University was held with attendance of outstanding international professors and successful compatriots, working abroad in the field of medical education. At the meeting foreign professors noted that cooperation and friendship with Tbilisi State Medical University is honor and respect for each of them. According to Professor Rima Beriashvili Vice-Rector of TSMU, visits of foreign Professors is of great importance not only for academic personal and students but  also for the country as well.

At the end of the meeting, Memorandum of Understanding between TSMU and Ternopil State Medical University (Ukraine) was signed by Prof. Zurab Vadachkoria, Rector of TSMU and Professor  Mykhaylo Korda,  Rector of Ternopil State Medical University.
