On 20th of  October, 2015,  within the frames the Erasmus Mundus project MEDEA, Linda Alondere Docent and Aia Lazdane, Senior Teacher of Medical college of University of Latvia . The guests met with  Professor Rima Beriashvili Vice-Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Medea Jgharkava coordinator for vocational educational programs, Prof. Lela Makhulia Dean of  the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Professor Ia Avaliani regional coordinator for MEDEA- project and Nino Kandelaki, regional contact person for MEDEA project. At the meeting development of future cooperation was discusses.

On 22th of October, Linda Alondere and Aia Lazdane visited TSMU Center of Clinical Skills.  Lectures for students of vocational and nursing programs was organized by the TSMU coordinator of vocational educational programs. The topics of the lectures: “Principles of nursing education and patient safety in Riga”. The lectures was attended by Angelina Kobechava , Senior Nurse of G.Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic and Irma Manjavidze Director of TSMU Center of Clinical Skills.
