“A Book of Impressions” was opened at Tbilisi State Medical University, in which the first recording was done  by Mr. Bernard Kouchner, a famous French politician and doctor, public figures, former State Minister of France in the field of social security and employment,  former Minister of  Foreign and European Affairs, an active member of the European Parliament and Chairman of "Global Alliance" Supervisory Board, on November 20, 2015.  

"I am very happy to receive an honorary doctorate from your University. Tbilisi State Medical University is a pattern of  medical education center, the experience of which will be used for future patients. Thank you to all of you and thanks to the Rector.
