On the 29th of February, 2016, Daniel Gupta Director General of the Company "Amtel Properties" and Lasha Macharashvili, MD., PhD, Chief Doctor of “Amtel Hospital” visited Tbilisi State Medical University.
The guests were welcomed by Professor ZurabVadachkoria Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University, Vice-Rectors: Professor Khatuna Todadze and George Abesadze and Professor Zaza Bokhua Director of TSMU Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Continuous Professional Development.
It should be noted that, Amtel hospital is a training base for undergraduate and postgraduate students of TSMU Faculty of Medicine. Rector of TSMU introduced them to TSMU history and traditions, spoke about the novelties in terms of educational process and development of international relations.
The sides discussed issues of cooperation. Representatives of Amtel Hospital confirmed that participation in university students training process is of great importance to them and that they are ready to continue to support the students' professional development and improvement process over again.
