On March 10-12, 2016, on initiative of  the Organisation for PhD Education in Biomedicine and Health Sciences in the European System (ORPHEUS), the Conference – “From medical studies to clinical research" was held in Cologne (Germany). At the Conference Natia Gamkrelidze, Senior Specialist of TSMU Center of Scientific Skills, PhD student of the Department of Pathological Physiology represented report on "Scientific skills curriculum for students of Tbilisi State Medical University". According to the decision of American Embassy "University research project" and  the ORPHEUS Committee the work got the supportive  grant allowing to attend the Conference. Zdravko Lakovich, co-founder of ORPHEUS organization and Deborah Groskopp-Kroiher, organizer of the Conference expressed their wish that for the future the young scientists of TSMU to be actively involved in the organization activities.
