On June 15, 2016 the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran: Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Georgia Abbas Talebi-far and Professor Amir Fehrest visited Tbilisi State Medical University. The guests met with Prof. Rima Beriashvili Vice-Rector of TSMU and Associate Professor David Topuria, Head of the Department of Overseas Students Education. The meeting was also attended by Professor Paata Kervalishvil Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences. They discussed the prospects for future cooperation between academic staff of Tbilisi State Medical University staff and the scientists of Islamic Republic of Iran.
