61th Session of the European Section of International Dental College (ICD) in Milan

From June 29 to July 2, 2016, Professor Marina Mamaladze, Head of TSMU Department of Odontology, Prof. Lika Sanodze Director of A. Urushadze Dental Clinic and Natia Nizharadze Associate Professor of TSMU Department of Odontology were on official visit in Milan to participate in the 61th Session of  the European Section of International Dental College (ICD). It should be emphasized that ICD is considered as one of the biggest dental societies in the world, with more than 100 years of history aiming at gathering leading stomatologists, sharing information, arranging scientific conferences, charity events and carrying out many humanitarian actions. Professor Marina Mamaladze  is a member of the Society since 2013.

This year Associate Professor Natia Nizharadze joined the ICD and became a member of ICD. Among the particularly interesting reports presented at the meeting of ICD European section were: the reports by Christina Brondon and Massimo Pass on  "physician-patient relationship - trust" and "communication and pre-cancerous diseases of oral mucosa". Aroused professional interest was attended to the  presentation  by Tiziano Testori devoted the terms and conditions of writing medical articles.
