On February 11-  25, 2017, six excellent students of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: Lorena Khavtasi, Mariam Gagoshidze, Sophiko Tartarashvili, Mariam Gelbakhiani, Tamar Diakonidze and Magda Mumladze passed a two-week training course  at the Rehabilitation Center (Tarsus, Turkey). The training course was organized by Dr. Kakha Katsitadze, a Georgian Physiotherapist, TSMU graduate.  During the training course TSMU students were introduced to the modern approaches in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Every day they worked with the patients under the supervision of Turkish physiotherapists, in terms of gaining significant experience, practical and communication skills. During the training course TSMU students showed high level of knowledge. At the end they were given certificates.
