World Congress at Tbilisi State Medical University

   
   

The three-day World Congress on “Pharmacology Chemistry of Natural Compounds" was held at the Tbilisi State Medical University. The World Congress was organized by the American International Organization "Innovinc International Conferences" (USA) and I.Kutateladze Institute Of Pharmacochemistry of Tbilisi State Medical University.

In the World Congress participated 14 Georgian and 30 foreign Professors and the scientists of the leading universities from 18 countries: the United States, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Singapore, Russia, Slovakia, Iran, Poland, Dominican Republic, Japan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Italy, South Korea, Armenia, Nigeria and Jordan.

The Congress program covered 16 scientific directions, including medical chemistry and pharmacology, nanotechnologies, ophthalmology, pharmaceutical chemistry, use of medicines, toxicology, oncology and so on.

The international organization "Innovinc International Conferences" (USA) provides arrangement of international Congresses and Conferences based on the knowledge and experience of outstanding scholars and allows experts from all over the world to gather and share their experiences, knowledge and abilities.

The aim of the organization is focusing on the innovative trends on the most modern topics. The organization is carefully choosing  the host organization for every subsequent Congress.

It is worth to mention that this year I.Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry of Tbilisi State Medical University, whose management was conducting negotiations with the “Innovinc International Conferences” for a year, was honored to host the Conference.  According to Nana Gorgaslidze, Director of  I.Kutateladze Institute OfPharmacochemistry of Tbilisi State Medical University, Associate Professor at the Department of Social Pharmacy "In the Congress, together with Georgian scientists participated  the outstanding  international scientists of the field, namely: Prof. Vladimir Torchilin the author of 12 books and over 400 scientific articles, 44,000 quotations in international publications; Prof. Alexander Sirotkin (Slovakia), the author of 620 publications and 2200 quotations in international journals; Prof. Michael Danilenko (Israel), Norichika  Ogata (Japan); Prof. Stefan Schultz (Germany) and others. They made very interesting reports about various topical issues of pharmacology.

It should be noted that almost all staff of I.Kutateladze Institute ofPharmacochemistry of Tbilisi State Medical University were nvolved in the work of the International Congress. Professors from Georgian Technical University, Agricultural University and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi University also participated in the work of Congress.

At the end of the Congress participants were given the Certificates.
