On December 19, 2017, Dr. Ole Martin Rordam, M.D., Dermatologist, LRCSI, LRCPI, MB, BCH, BAO, NUI (Norway) and businessman and  Mr. Soso Nibladze Director of Hualing Free Industrial Zone visited Tbilisi State Medical University. The guests were met and welcomed by: Prof. Zurab Orjonikidze, Chancellor of TSMU, Vice Rectors: Professor Khatuna Todadze and Associate Professor Irakli Kokhreidze, Head of International Relations Department Irina Kapetivadze, Coordinator of ERASMUS+ Office Nino Kandelaki, Associate Professor Lia Dzidziguri Director of TSMU Givi Zhvania Pediatrics Academic Clinic  and dermatologist of TSMU First University Clinic, Associate Professor Maya Matoshvili. 

Dr.Ole Martin Rordam donated a high tech  „SOLARI Square Pulse Technology“ Unit to Tbilisi State Medical University, which will be handed to TSMU Givi Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic and help patients patients in solving very important dermatological problems. According to Norwegian guest, he has a close relationship with several European universities; such equipment operates in many clinics and treatment is effective and in demand. The apparatus is used for the treatment of infant/children dermatological problems, as well as in terms of   postoperative, cosmetic procedures.

Every questions regarding to treatment of specific dermatologic problems, duration and results of the procedures were answered by Dr. Ole Martin Rordam; at the same time, to ensure effective use of the device in the near future he offered providing trainings for medical personnel of TSMU Givi Zhvania Pediatric Academic Clinic and TSMU First University Clinic. On behalf of Tbilisi State Medical University, Associate Professor Irakli Kokhreidze Vice Rector of TSMU, thanked the guest for charity and expressed hope for future fruitful cooperation.
