On September 22, 2018, the “International Festival of Science and Innovation 2018”, where Tbilisi State Medical University traditionally takes active participation, was solemnly opened at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. On the innovative projects’ exhibition TSMU was represented by special medical preparations elaborated at I. Kutateladze Institute of Pharmacochemistry of TSMU and new infrared Spectroscope designed at TSMU Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation used for monitoring  muscular tissue oxygenation in athletes.

“International Festival of Science and Innovation” is organized annually by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia. The festival will last until September 30.  Within the frames of the Festival Tbilisi State Medical University plans to carry out the following activities.
