Tbilisi State Medical University in partnership with other Georgian Higher Education Institutions participates in ERASMUS + supported project: “Raising Research Capacity of Georgian Higher Education Institutions through Developing of Research and Development Units” (HERD). Within the framework of the project, a joint research and development management database was implemented and the researchers have been registered. hh
On July 5, 2021 within the framework of the project online training was conducted for the registered TSMU academic and scientific staff. The training was delivered by the Assoc. Prof. Nona Janikashvili, local manager of the project and chief specialist at the TSMU Department of Research Coordination, Master and PhD Programs and Akaki Karsanidze, administrator of the TSMU Information Technologies Department. Additional consultations will be delivered by Dr. Nino Kandelaki, ERASMUS+ Institutional Coordinator, TSMU International Relations Department, Assistant Professor Tea Kochoradze-Margishvili, Department of Health Promotion, Assistant Professor Nino Didbaridze, Department of Immunology, Assistant Professor Natia Gamkrelidze, Department of Pathophysiology and Invited Lecturer, Lamzira Ebralidze.
The database will serve nationally and internationally to increase the visibility of TSMU researchers' scientific achievements and the medical university’s research activities.
