On May 20-24, 2024 Tbilisi State Medical University was visited by Professor Bahi Takkouche, University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) as part of Erasmus+ KA171 project.

The Spanish professor delivered a lecture on "Minor Diseases" to undergraduate and one-step educational program students of the Faculties of Public Health and Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University. Additionally, he conducted practical seminars on meta-analysis for students and educators of the master's program in "Epidemiology."

Professor Bahi Takkouche also held meetings with the staff of the Department of Epidemiology of TSMU, where the parties discussed future collaboration opportunities.
