From June 3 to 7, 2024, Professor Serap Ejder Apay, the Faculty of Health Sciences of Atatürk University (Turkey) visited Tbilisi State Medical University as part of Erasmus+ KA171 project. The guest was met by Professor Lela Maskhulia, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of TSMU, Assistant Professor Medea Jgharkava, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Coordinator of Nursing and Midwifery bachelor programs of TSMU, Dr. Nino Kandelaki, Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator and Associate Professor Tinatin Kilasonia, Head of the International Cooperation Division of the International Relations Department of TSMU. The parties discussed new cooperation initiatives and student mobility.

Professor Serap Ejder Apay conducted lectures “A Brief History of Teaching Obstetrics and Gynecology in Turkey” and “The Connection of Obstetrics and Gynecology with the Environment and a Healthy Lifestyle” to the Nursing and Midwifery bachelor programs students of TSMU.
