Tbilisi State Medical University Associate Professor Eka Kvaratskhelia has been elected as a member of the Education Committee of the European Society of Human Genetics. She will coordinate the mentorship program and develop new educational courses.

On June 3, 2024, Associate Professor Eka Kvaratskhelia participated in a committee meeting where the committee's activity report was reviewed, and future plans were discussed. At the meeting, Eka Kvaratskhelia initiated the development of a new course, "Fundamental and Clinical Epigenetics," which will be supported by the European Society of Human Genetics and conducted in Georgia.
