On July 19, 2024 graduation ceremony of the students of the Faculties of Medicine, Stomatology, Pharmacy, Public Health, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, International Faculty of Medicine and Stomatology and Nursing and Midwifery Bachelor’s Programmes was organized at Tbilisi State Medical University.

The event was attended by guests from the executive branch of the government of Georgia: Mr. Giorgi Amilakhvari Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Ms. Tamar Gabunia the First Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Mr. Nodar Papukashvili Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Ms. Tea Giorgadze Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. 

Professor Irakli Natroshvili Rector of TSMU, Mr. Giorgi Amilakhvari Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Ms. Tamar Gabunia the First Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Professor Rusudan Rukhadze Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Nana Kipiani Dean of the Faculty of Stomatology, Associate Professor Tamar Chikviladze Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Professor David Zarnadze Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Professor Lela Maskulia Dean of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,  Medea Jgharkava Coordinator of Nursing and Midwifery Bachelor’s Programmes congratulated the students on graduating from the university.

High score students were solemnly dressed with gowns by Mr. Giorgi Amilakhvari Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Ms. Tamar Gabunia the First Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Mr. Nodar Papukashvili Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Ms. Tea Giorgadze Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Professor Irakli Natroshvili Rector of TSMU, Mr. Aleksandre Buachidze TSMU Chancellor, Professor Sophia Bakhtadze Vice Rector of TSMU and faculty deans. Traditionally the graduates gave the Hippocratic Oath at the end of the event.
