On August 6, 2024, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tbilisi State Medical University and the Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi. The memorandum was signed by Professor Irakli Natroshvili, Rector of TSMU and Kakha Abuladze, Head of the Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi. 

Within the framework of the agreement, the children and staff of Tbilisi kindergartens will benefit from special conditions at the university clinics of Tbilisi State Medical University. Moreover, the parties agreed training sessions and various educational courses will be planned and implemented to enhance the qualifications of kindergarten staff. Within the framework of the memorandum, children with special educational needs in Tbilisi kindergartens will benefit from exclusive conditions for the assessment and consultation of autism, adaptive behavior, sensory profiles, school readiness, speech and language skills, and other needs. 

The following university clinics of Tbilisi State Medical University will be involved in the implementation of the project: The First University Clinic, G. Zhvania Academic Pediatric Clinic Apolon Urushadze Dental Clinic, Dental Clinic #1 and Early Childhood Development Academy
