Tbilisi State Medical University hosted a delegation from İzmir Tınaztepe University. The goal of the visit was to explore new avenues for collaboration and discuss future joint projects that will further strengthen the partnership between the two institutions.

Sevim Tufenk, Head of the International Relations Department and Gülendam Hakverdioğlu, Deputy Head of the Doctoral Studies Office at Tınaztepe University were met by Professor Irakli Natrosvhili, Rector of TSMU. During the meeting, the TSMU Rector reaffirmed the university’s commitment to actively engage in bilateral educational initiatives and to support the advancement of international cooperation.

TSMU and Tınaztepe University have been engaged in active collaboration for the past two years. As part of this recent visit, a summer internship program was planned for students from the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as from the undergraduate programs in Nursing and Midwifery.
