From July 6 to 11, 2025 Professor Rusudan Beriashvili, Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University was invited by the DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance to visit Morocco and conduct a four-day training based on the Istanbul Protocol for forensic medical experts, prosecutors, and judges.

Within the framework of the visit, meetings were held with representatives of the Moroccan General Prosecutor’s Office, the National Center of Forensic Medicine, and the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance. 

The training was organized with the support of the - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance in cooperation with the Public Prosecutor’s Office (Morocco).
