The Department of Odontology of Tbilisi State Medical University hosted the joint international educational event EVP GEORGIA 2025, organized in collaboration with the Georgian Young Dentists League and the European Visiting Program (EVP). The lectures and workshops were held at the Apolon Urushadze Dental Clinic.

The conference was attended by dental students from Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Moldova, Turkey, Romania, Ukraine, and Slovenia. The EVP project coordinator also attended the event. The conference was officially opened by Professor Marina Mamuladze, Head of Department of Odontology of TSMU and organizer of the event.

As part of the conference, a lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Avtandil Bakradze, Department of Orthodontics. His presentation focused on the application of artificial intelligence in dentistry. Ketevan Injgia, an invited lecturer from the Department of Periodontology and Oral Mucosal Diseases, presented a lecture on modern therapeutic approaches to oral lichen planus using oromucoadhesive membranes. Another highlight of the event was a masterclass led by Lia Sanodze, Associate Professor at TSMU and Director of the Clinic, along with invited lecturer Manana Ustiashvili. 

Georgian Young Dentists League was founded by students and graduates of Tbilisi State Medical University. The organization actively conducts both local and international conferences and professional meetings.
