Tbilisi State Medical University is pleased to announce the successful completion of the third cohort of its innovative Clinical Manager Training Program. 20 participants completed the program and were awarded certificates by Professor Irakli Natrosvili, Rector of TSMU.
Designed to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector, the program aims to strengthen the professional capacity of individuals working in or aspiring to work in clinical management. Participants benefit from a practice-oriented curriculum that integrates contemporary theoretical frameworks with real-world applications.
As part of TSMU’s ongoing commitment to advancing healthcare education, this initiative plays a key role in fostering leadership, improving institutional performance, and enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of healthcare services in Georgia.
The program features a 36-hour intensive training module, covering core areas such as clinical governance, organizational development and financial management in healthcare institutions.
TSMU will continue to expand this initiative, with the next cohort scheduled to commence soon. The program has been developed and delivered by leading TSMU experts, including Professors Zaza Bokhua and Tamar Gabunia.
