From March 2, 2022 humanitarian aid to support Ukrainian people was initiated by the Tbilisi State Medical University students and administrative staff. The charity event was also joined by the TSMU academic staff, students, residents, researchers and employees of the TSMU clinics. Within the framework of the initiation the first aid items, medicine, clothes and food were collected and sent to Ukraine. Moreover, blood donation has been launched at the Tbilisi State Medical University and Ingorokva High Medical Technology University Clinic.
