The Student Festival 2023 was organized by the University Sports Federation, City Service for Culture, Education, Sports and Youth Affairs of Tbilisi City Hall and the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Youth of Georgia. Within the framework of the festival students from 30 state and private higher education institutions of Georgia participated in the dance, song, sport competitions. 

Tbilisi State Medical University, Technical University of Georgia and Caucasus International University equaled scores. As a consequence, all three higher education institutions were named as the festival winners.
