On July 14-22, 2022 Prof. Shalva Zarnadze, Department of Nutrition, Aging Medicine, Environmental and Occupational Health of Tbilisi State Medical University, Prof. Levan Baramidze, Department of Public Health, Health Care Management, Policy and Economics and Assoc. Prof. Irine Zarnadze visited Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovenia) within the framework of ERASMUS+ KA 107 credit mobility. 

The delegation met Professor Martina Pavlikova, Vice Rector of Constantine the Philosopher University, Prof. Alexander Sirotkin, Viktor Dudash, Director of the Topolcany Clinic, Professor Tybor Sieradski, Head of the Hospital “Svet Zdravia” and representatives of the Pecan Balneological Treatment and Rehabilitation Center. Joint research and scientific cooperation activities were planned during the meeting. The TSMU delegation started negotiations with the management of the Topolcany Clinic to organize practices for the TSMU students at the Topolcany Clinic. Work on a joint individual doctoral research program has started led by Prof. Shalva Zarnadze and Prof. Alexander Sirotkin. A visit of Slovak colleagues to Tbilisi State Medical University was planned in autumn.
