On May 11-12, 2022 Prof. Sophia Bakhtadze, Vice Rector of the Tbilisi State Medical University participated in the European Brain Council meeting in Brussels (Belgium). 

The European Brain Council is a non-profit organization based in Brussels. Its main mission is to promote brain research with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of the estimated 179 million Europeans living with brain conditions, mental and neurological alike. The organization collaborates with scientific societies, patient organizations and professional societies. 

Prof. Sophia Bakhtadze works in the organization as a representative of the European Pediatric Neurological Society and is a member of the working group.
