On September 19, 2022 Professor Zurab Vadachkoria Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University signed a mutual cooperation agreement with Poltava State Medical University (Poltava, Ukraine). The agreement was signed by Professor Viacheslav Zhdan Rector of Poltava State Medical University represented by Honorary Doctor of Tbilisi State Medical University, Regent of District 15 International College of Dentists (the district unites Ukraine, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia) and Head of Dental Clinic and Studio “Apollonia” Dr. Serhiy Radlinsky. The event was also attended by Vera Radlinska Head of the Study-Practice Center of Dental Clinic and Studio “Apollonia”, Professor Zurab Orjonikidze TSMU Chancellor, Professor Khatuna Todadze Vice Rector of TSMU, Professor Archil Undilashvili Head of USMD Program, Salome Voronova Deputy Head of the Academic Development and Strategic Planning Department, Irina Kapetivadze Head of Rector’s Office and Dr. Avtandil Bakradze invited lecturer at TSMU

Before signing the memoranda, the guests talked about ongoing processes in Ukraine, friendship between Georgian and Ukrainian people and hoped very soon Ukraine will gain peace and freedom. “When I am back to Poltava I will be responsible to send a delegation to Tbilisi State Medical University. I am impressed by the international environment, quality of educational programs and scientific achievements of Tbilisi State Medical University” – noted Dr. Serhiy Radlinsky at the end of the meeting.
