On February, 2023 Da Vinci International Training Center was opened in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt Germany. The Head of the Center is Prof. Roland S. Kroner Director of the University Hospital Magdeburg. 

Assoc. Prof. Archil Aladashvili, Department of General Surgery of Tbilisi State Medical University was invited to the event. Assoc. Prof. Archil Aladashvili has established a long-term cooperation with the University Hospital Magdeburg. 

“I took part in robot-assisted operations in visceral surgery every day. Moreover, I participated in urology and gynecology surgeries. A large-scale intervention of right hepatectomy was also performed. Besides, within the framework of the visit I met the ERASMUS+ coordinator and discussed future mutual cooperation activities” – said Assoc. Prof. Archil Aladashvili. 

On the opening day of the International Training Center, a master class on robotic - Da Vinci surgery was organized.
