On December 3, 2022 the Georgian Embassy organized an Education Fair in New Delhi (India). 16 Georgian higher education institutions participated in the fair. Tbilisi State Medical University was represented by Salome Voronovi, Deputy Head of the Faculty Development and Strategic Planning Department, Nino Zardiashvili, Deputy Director of USMD program and Mariam Megrelidze, Chief Specialist. 

The TSMU delegation met the students interested in studying in Georgia and introduced English-instructed educational programs and courses Tbilisi State Medical University offers applicants.

Within the framework of the visit, Salome Voronovi, Deputy Head of the Faculty Development and Strategic Planning Department presented a report about the achievements and programs of the medical university. The TSMU delegation participated in the final meeting of the Education Fair organized by Archil  Dzuliashvili, Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of India. Future mutual cooperation plans were actively discussed at the meeting.

The Tbilisi State Medical University administration expresses its gratitude to the Embassy of Georgia to India for organizing the event and believes that similar events will deepen the cooperation between Georgia and India in the field of education.
