TSMU Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Continuous Professional Development residents: Giorgi Chiladze (cardiology residency program), Elene Oragvelidze (psychiatry residency program), Mariam Gulua (infectious diseases residency program), Giorgi Nemsadze (radiation oncology residency program), Mariam Morchiladze (radiology residency program) visited Italy, University of Pisa.

The visit was implemented within the framework of ERASMUS+ KA107 credit mobility and covered six months (spring semester) mobility. The TSMU residents underwent internship at the Santa Chiara University Clinic and Cisanello Hospital. The residents were involved in clinical activities at various departments. They were introduced with the innovative treatment and diagnosing methods supervised by Professors Julio Perugia, Fabiola Pahari, Marco Falcone.

TSMU residents were grateful to be given the opportunity to participate in the exchange program which will have an influence on their further career development.
