On May 8-12, 2023 Irina Kapetivadze, Head of Rector’s Office and Associate Professor Nino Tskhvediani Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation visited Tallinn Health Care College within the framework of ERASMUS+ international credit mobility.  

The TSMU representatives met Grete Sooru, Head of the International Relations Office of the Tallinn Health Care College and Elina Roosaar-Korba, Erasmus+ Coordinator. The host party introduced the guests’ information about Tallinn Health Care College international projects.

The next day the Georgian delegation attended the “Simulation Lesson” conducted by Siiri Maasen Head of Practical Module (Director) at Tallinn Health Care College. 

The guests also met Professor Marelle Grünthal-Drell, Head of the Basic Subjects Module at Tallinn Health Care College. The professor talked about new teaching methods and evaluation systems in the college. The Georgian party presented educational programs of Tbilisi State Medical University, information about university clinics, international projects and partnerships and students and residents exchange programs. Within the framework of the visit, the TSMU delegation was also met by Assoc. Prof. Victoria Repin and Prof. Ludmila Linnik. The parties discussed ongoing international scientific projects of Tallinn Health Care College and collaboration with Tbilisi State Medical University.

A new agreement between Tbilisi State Medical University and Tallinn Health Care College was signed within the framework of the ERASMUS+ international mobility. TSMU was presented as an associate partner of the project.
