პროფესორი თინათინ ტყემალაძე არადიაგნოზირებული დაავადებების საერთაშორიეო ქსელის (Undiagnosed Disease Network International - UDNI) დიაგნოსტიკური სამუშაო ჯგუფის წევრად აირჩიეს

TSMU Department of Molecular and Medical Genetics Professor Tinatin Tkemaladze was elected as a member of UDNI (Undiagnosed Disease Network International) Diagnostic Working Group

From January 22, 2022 TSMU Department of Molecular and Medical Genetics Professor Tinatin Tkemaladze was elected as a member of UDNI (Undiagnosed Disease Network International). In February within the framework of the 10th International Conference, the TSMU professor was presented as a member of the UDNI diagnostic working group.

UDNI is an organization supported by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and founded in 2008. The aim of the organization is to identify and study the rare diseases in various countries. Within the framework of ongoing project annually the members of the organization are given opportunity to present five rare disease cases. The cases are discussed by the experts and the patients are given opportunity to undergo a genetic analysis completely free of charge. The selection of expert members of the diagnostic working group is based on their previous experiences.
