On June 18-24, 2023 MD Salome Voronovi, Deputy Head of the Faculty Development and Strategic Planning Department was invited to participate in the Open Medical Institute (OMI) seminar “Medical Leadership” Salzburg (Austria). 

The seminars were delivered by invited lecturers from the USA, the course director, Assoc. Prof Evan Stansfield University of Pennsylvania, Department of Pediatrics and Vice President of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Brendon Ardieta Assistant Vice President Strategic Planning Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Patricia DeRusso Vice President Medical Affairs Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Scott Switalski Senior Manager, Leadership & Professional Development, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

The participants were tested before starting the seminar and surveyed after accomplishing it. As a result, they were granted with 34 credits of continuing (physician) professional education by the Austrian Medical Chamber.
