On February 28, 2023 Tbilisi State Medical University was visited by Prof. Philip Walther, Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.  Fresenius University of Applied Sciences is a partner university of TSMU. 

Prof. Philip Walther held a lecture/workshop on digital healthcare and telemedicine issues for the Faculty of Public Health bachelor program students and Faculty of Public Health and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation master programs students.

Within the framework of the visit the professor met Prof. Sophia Bakhtadze TSMU Vice Rector, Assistant Prof. Tinatin Kilasonia Head of the International Relations Department, Irina Kapetivadze Head of Rector’s Office and Assoc. Prof. Marina Tsimakuridze Dean of the Faculty of Public Health. Future cooperation activities were discussed during the meeting.
