On September 20-21, 2023 Prof. Shalva Zarnadze Head of the Department of Nutrition, Aging Medicine, Environmental and Occupational Health of TSMU, Assoc. Prof. Irine Zarnadze, Department of Public Health, Management, Policy and Economy, Lado Gabechava, President of TSMU Students' Self-Government, Tsitsi Papuashvili and Giorgi Shelia, members of TSMU Students’ Self-Government visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University to participate in the International Scientific Conference “Black Sea Region at the Crossroads of Civilizations - II”.

TSMU representatives Prof. Shalva Zarnadze and Assoc. Prof. Irine Zarnadze presented reports at the conference. Within the framework of the event a scientific picnic was organized. Tbilisi State Medical University representatives presented educational programs and scientific activities of the university in the pavilion of TSMU. A fun quiz was also organized for the audience at the end of the picnic.
