Department of Infrastructure
Department of Infrastructure is a structural unit of the University Administration that provides the services related to accounting the property or real estate of the University, inventory and maintenance of material values.
Main Functions:
•Accounting, inventory and maintenance of the real estate (buildings, land plots)/ properties and material values owned by the University, implementation of relevant projects for renewal and infrastructure development;
•Monitoring the compliance of the quality of ongoing maintenance and construction works and related budget with the requirements defined in the contract;
•Organization of cleaning the university buildings;
•Organizing supply of electricity, gas and water to the university buildings and providing control over consumption of these resources, ensure functioning of car parking within a university campus and monitoring its administration.
•Accounting, technical maintenance, and management of bio-medical technique and equipment / hardware owned by the University.
