On April 15 – 20, 2019,  Jaroslav Wiedelsky, researcher of the Department of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plant Laboratory of Lublin Medical University visited the Tbilisi State Medical University. Jaroslaw Wiedelski met with students and academic staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy; visited the Departments of Pharmacognosy, Botany and Pharmaceutical Technology as well as  Laboratory of Research and Practical Skills. Development of  joint scientific project was planned and prospects for further cooperation were set up. The Faculties of Pharmacy of Tbilisi State Medical University and Lublin Medical University have a long-term partnership: In 2015, the Polish Development Assistance Fund funded a joint grant project in which 10 professors-teacher of the Faculty of Pharmacy visited Poland.
