On November 18, 2022 TSMU Ivane Tarkhnishvili Students' Scientific Society organized 6th Medical Teaching Conference (MTC). The students had the opportunity to present their reports on the latest achievements in medicine and innovative treatment methods. Three best reports were named by the jury of the conference:

Nikoloz Tsomaia, 1st semester student of the Faculty of Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University – “The Role of Programmed Cell Death in the Development of Nervous Tissue”’

Irakli Kazaishvili, 11th semester student of the Faculty of Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University – “Combined Endovascular and Microsurgical Treatment in Cerebrovascular Diseases”;

Gigi Gorgadze, 7th semester student of the Faculty of Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University – “SARS-COV-2 Vaccine Protective Role for Hospitalized Patients with COVID-19 for Prevention of Severe Diseases and mortality”.

The reports will be published in the annual summary proceedings of Ivane Tarkhnishvili Students' Scientific Society.
