On May 26, Georgia celebrated 100 years anniversary of the First Democratic Republic of Georgia. 

The Tbilisi State Medical University joined Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulation Center as well as the event organized by the Sports and Art Center of Ambrolauri.

The great interest of the local population and guests was caused by the TSMU's clinical skills and the multidisciplinary simulation center, where medical simulators and mannequin were presented. 

The guests and students of the Center with the help of the Center teachers were able to get familiar with the first medical aid techniques, various medical manipulations, such as: 

Stoppage of bleeding from wound, putting the bandage, limb immobilization, injection in the skin

TSMU Song and Dance People Ensemble presented to the audience with choreographic and vocal creative performance. Dancing was performed by Georgian and Georgian folk songs on the background of folk instruments.

After direct broadcasting of the independence act, the TSMU singing team performed the Georgian anthem.
