The European Association of Medical Students is a non-governmental organization representing the voice of medical students throughout Europe.
The association brings together students from different countries and helps them to improve their knowledge, acquire skills and inform them with the latest medical and scientific achievements.
The organization was founded in 1990 in Brussels and is recognized by the European Parliament, the European Commission and the United Nations.
EMSA Association creates a platform for organizing different projects, workshops and international meetings.
Its activities are united around medical education, medical ethics and rights protection, health care policy, public health, medical science, European integration and culture.
