Human Resources Management Service is a supplementary structural unit of the University, operating in compliance with the Legislation of Georgia, Subordinate Normative Acts of Georgia, University Statutes, Internal Regulations, Orders of Rector and Chancellor or other Normative Acts. Compliance with labor and employment laws is a critical HR function.
The main functions of the Human Resources Management Service:
•Development of HR policies of the University in terms of basic postulates and strategies of HR Management;
•Determining functions of the University employees and developing job descriptions;
•Conclusion of the contracts with administrative and academic personnel and control of fulfillment of terms and conditions outlined in the contract;
•Providing all procedures related to selection of administrative personnel based on the competition and within the competence; determining conditions and evaluation methods of the competition;
•Preparation of the drafts/projects for individual legal acts-orders, agreements-contracts and other regulatory acts of HR specificity.
